My name is John. I'm from Oregon, USA and I'm writing this to tell you all what an awesome guide Lucien is!!!!
I have 10+ years of experience as a whitewater river guide and feel qualified in recommending Lucien. I did a 16 day bicycle tour with Madanature bike tours. We started in Tana and headed south, covering the Highlands, the eastern forest and the gorgeous southern coast.
All the accommodations were organized, friendly and very comfortable; no issues and easy. Lucien made healthy, tasty lunches and we had plenty!! Safety and trip details were clear and well done. He knows bicycles, he knows 3 languages, he knows what it takes to be a friendly, organized, fun and competent guide. My favorite quality of Lucien is his knowledge of his country! He knows the history, culture, plants, animals, people, roads, etc, etc!!! As a first time visitor to this beautiful country, Lucien's knowledge, skills and easy conversation made it so special for me.
