Term and conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE:
By making a booking, the client confirms that all of the people named in the booking made by him/her have read these conditions, and have agreed to accept all the terms of the contract, so please read them carefully.

PAYMENT:

A 30% deposit of the total amount of the tour is payable upon booking confirmation
Full payment needs to be made 30 days before the tour by bank transfer or cash in your arrival.

For late bookings full payment needs to be made before the tour by bank transfer or cash

Bank fees regarding your bank remains at your charge, we take care of ours

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel Insurance is not included in the tour package so please ensure you have adequate insurance cover: adequate travel insurance to provide accident and medical cover before your holiday departs; it should ideally be valid from the date of booking, throughout the holiday duration and financially cover any probable loss through cancellation, accident or health problems; needs to be ensured also that you are covered for all activities you are planning on your trip. Other documents that you have to get are a valid passport and return air tickets.

PROGRAM CHANGES:

Arrangements for the tours are planned many months in advance, and although it is unlikely, it may be necessary to make changes:
Madanature bike tours is entitled to change itinerary before and after clients’ arrival if the initial program is not possible due to cancellation of flights, bad road conditions, weather conditions, sudden slack in the quality of service, and any other circumstance that could result in bad quality service and jeopardize the tour. Madanature bike tours will do utmost to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable or better value. M B T always bearing in mind clients’ interest.

In all cases we will inform the Tour Operator or traveler of the changes. If extra costs are involved in these changes, or same or better value service unavailable, clients and Tour Operator will be informed beforehand and decisions will be made in mutual consent. Any paid expenses (before the change) for the trip (like hotels, or other services) are not refundable but can account for your next clients. For unused services –because the client do not want to continue the trip (due to flight delays, bad weather, or any other reasons beyond our control) – any payment paid is not refundable.
Changes at clients’ demand during the stay are at clients’ own liability, extra costs will be fully charged and cancelled services will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION:

In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:

  • More than 40 days prior to arrival full of deposit paid refund.
  • From 40 days to 30 days prior to arrival 80% of deposit paid refund.
  • From 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit paid refund.

Less than 15 days no refund of deposit paid.
